Richard H. Witmer, Jr.
Richard H. Witmer, Jr. – BBH Core Select Co-Manager
Mr. Witmer has been a co-manager of BBH Core Select since October 2005. He is also a co-manager for certain separate accounts and a small cap investment partnership that invests primarily in information and business services companies. Mr. Witmer joined BBH in 1976 and became a Partner of the firm in 1988. Mr. Witmer graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Brown University and earned his M.B.A. from the Harvard University Graduate School of Business.
Timothy E. Hartch
Timothy E. Hartch – BBH Core Select Co-Manager
Mr. Hartch has been a co-manager of BBH Core Select since October 2005. He is also a co-manager for certain separate accounts and a small cap investment partnership that invests primarily in information and business services companies. Mr. Hartch joined BBH in 1996 and became a Partner of the firm in 2010. Mr. Hartch graduated from Harvard University and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Mr. Hartch received his J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of Michigan.
Michael R. Keller
Michael R. Keller, CFA – BBH Core Select Co-Manager
Mr. Keller has been a co-manager of BBH Core Select since June 2008. Mr. Keller also serves as BBH’s technology analyst. Prior to joining Brown Brothers Harriman in 2005, he was a senior equity analyst for KeyBanc Capital Markets covering technology and business services. Mr. Keller earned a B.S.E. from Princeton University and is a CFA charterholder.
Scott R. Hill
Scott R. Hill – Basic Industries – Senior Equity Analyst
Mr. Hill is BBH’s basic industries analyst and head of the investment team responsible for the energy, industrials, utilities, and materials sectors. Prior to joining BBH in 2003, he was the senior research analyst at Sanford Bernstein covering the U.S. auto sector. Before coming to the financial services industry, Mr. Hill had overall operating and financial responsibility for the largest division of a public automotive company located in Canada, and before that started his professional career as a corporate and securities law attorney for a Boston area law firm. Mr. Hill graduated with the highest honors from the University of Utah and received his J.D. with the highest honors from Boston University.
Regina Lombardi
Regina Lombardi, CFA – Consumer – Senior Equity Analyst
Ms. Lombardi is BBH’s consumer analyst and head of the investment team responsible for the consumer and media sectors. Prior to joining BBH, Ms. Lombardi was a Senior Equity Analyst at Advantus Capital Management in St. Paul, MN and at Riverbridge Partners (formerly Wilke/Thompson Capital Management) in Minneapolis, MN. Ms. Lombardi received her B.S. from New York University Stern School of Business and is a CFA charterholder.
Marla Sims
Marla Sims, CPA – Media and Consumer – Senior Equity Analyst
Ms. Sims is BBH’s media analyst with additional responsibilities in the consumer sector. Prior to joining BBH in 2005, Ms. Sims served as an equity research analyst for Sanford C. Bernstein covering the European food sector, as well as a management consultant for Booz Allen Hamilton in the Communications, Media and Entertainment group and an auditor for Ernst & Young. Ms. Sims received her M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and her B.S.E. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
Hayley Xuereb
Hayley Xuereb, PH.D. – Healthcare – Senior Equity Analyst
Ms. Xuereb is BBH’s healthcare analyst. Prior to joining BBH in 2004, Ms. Xuereb served as a biotech analyst at Bear Stearns and a healthcare investment banking analyst at JP Morgan. Ms. Xuereb received her Ph.D. in bio-organic chemistry from Princeton University, and her B.S. from New York University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.
Mark Curnin
Mark Curnin – Financial Services – Senior Equity Analyst (Consultant)
Mr. Curnin has served BBH as a consultant focusing on the financial services industry since 2006. In addition to his work with BBH, Mr. Curnin manages a private investment partnership that he founded in 2005. Prior to founding his partnership, Mr. Curnin was an equity analyst at Sound Shore Management, an asset management firm. Before joining Sound Shore, Mr. Curnin was a Vice President at BBH working on a mezzanine debt investment strategy. Mr. Curnin received his M.A. from Columbia University and his B.A. from Dartmouth College.
Tripp Blum
Tripp Blum – Media and Consumer – Equity Analyst
Mr. Blum is a member of BBH’s equity investment team focusing on consumer and media companies. Mr. Blum joined BBH in 2008. He received a B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. with honors from Columbia Business School.
Neel Panchal
Neel Panchal, CFA – Energy – Equity Analyst
Mr. Panchal is a member of BBH’s equity investment team focusing on basic industry companies. Prior to joining BBH in 2005, Mr. Panchal was part of the product development team for Alliance Bernstein's Offshore Product Management business focusing on product performance and benchmark analysis. He received his double bachelors in Finance and Management Information Sciences from the University of Maryland in 2002, and is a CFA charterholder.
Tatiana Vasilyev
Tatiana Vasilyev, Ph.D. – Industrial – Equity Analyst
Ms. Vasilyev is a member of BBH’s equity investment team focusing on industrials companies. Prior to joining BBH in 2011, Ms. Vasilyev was employed by Lazard, Balyasny Asset Management, and Citigroup. Ms. Vasilyev received her M.A. as well as her Ph.D. in Macroeconomics at St. Petersburg State University (Russia). She also received her M.B.A. at Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
Sercan Ozcan
Sercan Ozcan – Media and Consumer – Equity Research Associate
Mr. Ozcan is a member of BBH’s equity investment team focusing on consumer and media companies. Prior to joining BBH in 2011, Mr. Ozcan worked at Nomura Securities as a Latin America strategist. Previously, he worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a summer associate and Is Investment Securities as a senior associate in the investment banking department. Mr. Ozcan received his B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Bogazici University in Turkey and his M.B.A. with Honors in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
