**The Fund commenced operations on October 25, 2002. Performance prior to October 25, 2002 was that of the BBH International Equity Portfolio adjusted to assume that all charges, expenses and fees of the Fund and the Portfolio which are presently in effect were deducted during such periods, as permitted by applicable SEC staff interpretations.
